You're buying a business asset, so you deserve to understand what you're getting
Most business owners buying a website aren't developers, and they don't need to be. Your website is one of your most valuable business assets. Before you commit to a provider, it helps to know the basic terms, how to judge finished work, what you actually own, and what your agency is responsible for delivering.
This guide gives you what you need to make an informed decision and start your project with confidence, no technical background required.
Four terms worth knowing
These four terms directly affect your website and how much control you have over it going forward. Take a moment to read through each one.
This should be registered in your name. Your agency can manage it on your behalf, but you should always retain access to it.
Your hosting determines your site's speed, reliability, security, and how much traffic it can handle.
A good CMS lets you make small updates yourself, so you're not calling a developer for every minor change.
Don't have a brand yet? Our packages include the essentials, so you launch looking professional from day one.
Always keep access to your own domain, even if your agency manages it day to day.
If a provider refuses to hand over your domain, hosting, or CMS access once the project is complete, treat that as a serious warning sign.

There are no hidden charges once the project starts. If budget is your primary concern, there are lower-cost options available elsewhere, and that's completely understandable.

Domain & Hosting Costs
Domain and hosting are recurring costs, paid to the service provider for as long as your site is live. Our hosting partner is Hostinger, and select packages include your first year of domain and hosting free of charge. After that first year, you'll renew directly with the provider, and the cost depends on the hosting plan your site requires.
What we ask of you
- Provide feedback promptly so the project keeps moving
- Pay according to the agreed schedule
- Honour the terms of the agreement
- Share accurate business information and content
- Keep payment and business details confidential
We reserve the right to pause work with clients who are repeatedly unresponsive, request work outside the agreed scope without approval, or don't honour the agreed terms. A clear process protects both sides.
How to Know If You Actually Need a Website
If your business is already losing time, trust, or opportunities because everything runs through WhatsApp, phone calls, or manual handling, a website will likely pay for itself quickly.
You're spending hours every day answering the same questions and processing orders manually over WhatsApp or text.
You offer premium services like interior design, architecture, or consulting, but have no professional portfolio to show serious prospects.
You run a restaurant or local food business, but customers still have to message you just to see the menu, place an order, or find your location.
You offer career consulting, coaching, or paid sessions, but have no proper system for clients to book and manage appointments online.
You sell products through Instagram or WhatsApp but manually confirm every order, payment, and delivery detail yourself.
You get most of your customers through referrals, but potential clients can't easily find your work, services, reviews, or business information online.
You run a service business where clients repeatedly ask about pricing, packages, availability, or what's included.
Your business has grown, but your social media page no longer gives customers enough information to understand what you actually offer.
You want to reach customers through Google, but currently have nowhere professional for them to learn about your business and get in touch.
You're serious about growing the business, but still rely entirely on your personal WhatsApp or social media account to run it.
Questions You May Have
Why should I pay more when I can get a website for $50?
A $50 site and a business website solve two different problems. A real business website involves security, performance, content strategy, SEO, and ongoing reliability, not just a handful of pages that look fine on day one. When you invest in a website, you're paying for the whole system behind it, not just what you see on screen.
Extremely cheap providers are usually cutting corners somewhere, and it tends to show up later as security vulnerabilities, slow load times, bugs, or unexpected costs to fix what wasn't built properly the first time. In some cases, low-cost providers disappear entirely once they've been paid. Paying a fair price up front is almost always cheaper than paying twice.
What if I don't like the design?
This is rare, and here's why: we take your requirements seriously before design work even begins, so what we build reflects your business from the start. You'll review the homepage design and give feedback before we move into development, which means there are no surprises further down the line.
How long does it take to build the website?
Most projects take between 4 and 10 weeks, depending on your package and project requirements. You'll receive a clear timeline outlining the main stages and expected delivery dates before we begin.
Note: Timelines may shift if feedback, payments, content, or approvals are delayed, or if the project scope changes from what was originally agreed.
Do you provide support after the website launches?
Yes. Bug fixes, small updates, hosting help, and ongoing support are outlined in your package. If you need support beyond that, you can also choose one of our paid support plans.
Can I edit my website myself once it's finished?
Yes. Your website is built on WordPress, so you can manage your own content without needing a developer. We also provide login details, training videos, and simple guides to help with basic changes.
