Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nuevell. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Nuevell.com and your engagement with Nuevell for web design, development, and related digital services.
By using our website, requesting our services, approving a proposal, or starting a project with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable project-specific agreement.
1. Eligibility
Nuevell’s services are available to individuals and businesses aged 18 years or older. By engaging Nuevell, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into an agreement with us.
2. Our Services
Nuevell primarily provides website design and development services, including custom websites, WordPress websites, e-commerce websites, website redesigns, and related digital services.
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in the applicable project proposal or agreement.
3. Project Scope & Revisions
Each project is carried out according to the agreed scope and deliverables.
Clients are entitled to up to three rounds of revisions within the agreed project scope. Requests for work or features outside the agreed scope are not included and will not be undertaken unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely:
- Business information and requirements
- Text and other content
- Images, videos, logos, and brand assets
- Access credentials or other necessary materials
- Feedback, approvals, and decisions required to proceed
Delays in providing required information, materials, access, or approvals may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline.
5. Payments & Project Booking
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

| 25% Pre Booking | Required to reserve a project for a future start date. Refundable subject to the agreed terms and conditions. |
| 50% Advance | Required to officially start the project. Once the project starts, this payment is non refundable because project resources, time and capacity are allocated to the project. |
| Remaining Balance | Payable according to the agreed payment schedule. |
For clients in Pakistan, Nuevell may accept bank-to-bank transfers, Easypaisa, and other major available Pakistani payment methods.
Project-specific payment terms may supersede these general terms where agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation & Termination
If a client cancels a project after it has officially started, the 50% advance remains nonrefundable. Nuevell may also entitled to charge for extra work completed, approved expenses, or other amounts due under the applicable project agreement.
Nuevell may suspend or terminate a project where a client becomes unresponsive, repeatedly delays required materials or approvals, fails to make required payments, or materially breaches the agreed terms.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership or applicable usage rights to the final custom website and design work specifically created for the client, subject to the project agreement.
Nuevell retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, systems, processes, methodologies, reusable code, tools, templates, techniques, know-how, and other materials that are not created exclusively for the client.
Third-party assets, software, plugins, themes, fonts, licenses, and other components remain subject to their respective owners’ terms and licenses.
8. Third-Party Services
Websites may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, WordPress, plugins, themes, APIs, payment gateways, Google, Meta, or other external platforms.
Nuevell is not responsible for failures, changes, interruptions, security issues, pricing changes, policy changes, or other issues caused by third-party services unless Nuevell has expressly agreed in writing to assume responsibility for that service.
9. Results & Performance
At Nuevell, we build high performing websites designed to support enquiries, lead generation and conversions. However, website performance alone cannot guarantee specific leads, sales, revenue, rankings, conversion rates or other business results.
Results depend on factors such as your offer, market, audience, competition, pricing, content and marketing efforts. Our websites are built to support your marketing efforts, but the results achieved may vary from client to client based on their situation, strategy and ability to attract qualified traffic to the website.
Any results, figures, testimonials or case studies shown represent specific client experiences and their combined marketing efforts. Those case studies should not be considered a guarantee of future results.
Meaningful growth comes from combining a high performing website with the right offer, marketing strategy, qualified traffic and consistent effort.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nuevell will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses, including loss of revenue, profits, opportunities, data, or business interruption arising from the use of our services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Portfolio & Confidentiality
Nuevell may feature completed client work in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies, or other marketing materials unless the client has requested confidentiality or the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
Client confidentiality and project-related privacy will be respected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any separate confidentiality agreement.
Project-related information is retained only for as long as reasonably required while the relevant project or business relationship remains active and, where applicable, should be deleted when it is no longer required.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse, copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit Nuevell’s website, content, proprietary materials, or intellectual property without permission.
13. Changes to These Terms
Nuevell may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply to future use of our website and services, while existing projects remain subject to their applicable project agreement unless otherwise agreed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be subject to the applicable courts and jurisdiction of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
